Your credit card will not be charged until check out on the day of your appointment. Payment Policy Cash and credit cards are accepted for scheduled services. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to credit card charges. If paying with cash, please come prepared with cash on your appointment. Cash gratuity is encouraged and accepted. Credit cards and Venmo will not be accepted for gratuity at this time. Late Policy Should you be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, services will need to be altered to ensure an adequate amount of time to accommodate all guests. Please contact Maureen immediately if you are going to be late. Cancelation Policy Cancelations made 48 hours in advance will not be subject to fees. Cancelations less than 48 hours will result in 50%fee of total services scheduled. No show/ non contact will result in 100% payment of all services scheduled.
